Fantastic talk. With what clarity and expressions! Congratulations! But, how do you determine the General Will? Suppose there are 100 persons and 5 leaders with their separate governing policies and everyone gets 20 votes. So the one who can manage to win over 1 person will get elected. General Will necessarily be that which makes that 21st lindividual happy. The General Will will get replaced by a selective and minority will. The solution can be only that unless 51% people vote in favor, it will not be decided i.e. French system. Secondly, Rousseau and other great philosophers didn't consider the population impact. All these theories will hold good only if the population is under control. Democracies will do better if every nation finds out the optimum population that its resources can sustain and controls it to that level.

Sir aisa kiya ja sakta h ki har 10 saal k baad 10 saal pehle tak bane hue jitne bhi important kanoon h unko counter check kiya jaye ki wo samaj k liye labhkari siddh hue ya hanikarak. Aur iske liye har 10 saal me ek peoples poll organise kiya jaye voting ho har seher/town/gao me india me jaise chunav hote h. Jisme sabhi adults bhaag le aur apna mat de either to continue or discontinue the law. Isse koi galat kanoon zyada din nhi chalega aur log apne liye banaye hue kanoon ko check bhi kar sakenge. Aur isme 10 saalo me us kanoon k sare positive aur negative impacts bhi log samajh chuke honge so sahi decision le sakenge. Jaise 2012 se 2022 tak banaye hue kanuno ka public review 2032 me karwaya jaye. Aur jis kanoon ko 70% log/indian citizen galat keh de use crap kar diya jaye immediately public opinion poll k baad.
