It's not any worrying thing, It's matter of time. In the early days of Chinese economic boom there were many Chinese companies which were owned by Americans but as the GDP of China grows, it started to force the American companies Divest their stake to local Chinese entities. Same can be done in case of India. Some more examples are the "The stake cap of 50% " for chinese companies in India that lead to Ant group selling their stake in paytm and MG Motor owned by chinese SAIC group selling majority stake to Jindal group.

Sorry to say but Haldiram is not selling Bikaneri Bhujia. Original Bikaneri bhujia is manufactured in Bikaner itself and has got G.I Tag. No one can call a Bhujia manufactured outside Bikaner a Bikaneri Bhujia. Taste, Texture and Quality of a Bikaneri bhujia which is made in Bikaner is way better than rest of India. Visit Bikaner if you are having a slightest doubt.
