Basically he said that in france football team most of the players are of african roots. After that both governments also got included in this. Vice presidents, spokepersons etc. France is calling argentina a racist country and Argentina is calling france colonizers. These taunts and chants are common in south american football culture its their thing. After winning 2018 world cup france players mocked argentina. Germany after winning 2014 world cup mocked body shape and size of south american people. Its common in football.
