You have overlooked imp facts. Independence option to Princely States was given in Cabinet Mission Plan, 1946 but after Indian leadership rejected Cabinet Mission plan & accepted partition, 3rd June Mountbatten plan was introduced which became India Independence Act, 1947 after due notification in which Princely States were given two option only -India or Pakistan. Mountbatten was firm in his advice that only those Princely States which touched Radcliffe Line would be considered dual option states. After this princely states of Kutchch, Jodhpur, Jaisalmer, Bikaner, Khairpur, Bahawalpur and J&K became dual option states as they touched Radcliffe Line & could join India or Pakistan. Leaders of Princely States were however camping in London with the hope that at least bigger States would be given independence option but that was rejected. Junagadh was "compound Princely State" with Kingdoms of Mangrol & Babriawad under Suzerainty of Nawab & they rebelled to join India & Nawab sent his forces to suppress rebellion.India rejected their accession as subordinate territories under Suzerainty of Princely States have no legal authority to sign instrument of Accession. India instead put economic blockade refusing to sign Stand Still Agreement. Nawab argued for sea access to Pakistan via his Veraval port which was turned down by Mountbatten as many other princely states dotting vast Indian coast-line had similar sea access to East or W. Pakistan. When the then W.Punjab Chief Minister Iftikhar Hussain Khan camped at Lahore Rly. Station to send all Mohajir carrying trains to Sindh, fearing Mohajir deluge into Junagadh, entire population revolted forcing Nawab to runaway with treasury. People of Junagadh then formed “Aarzi Hakumat” under leadership of Shamaldas Gandhi following which Dewan of Junagadh (PM) Shahnawaz Bhutto -father of Zulfikar Ali Bhutto invited India to take over Junagadh. After rejection of Cabinet Mission Plan, British PM Attlee announced creation of India & Pakistan by June 1948. India then immediately formed Constituent Assembly which had its 1st Meeting on 9th December, 1946 and on 13th Dec., 1946 Nehru read 8-point Objectives Resolution as frame work for Indian Constitution. However, with Mountbatten Plan, Princely States were also to be given representation in Constituent Assembly. Indian leadership rejected nominees of Kings in Constituent Assembly who were asked to form their own constituent Assembly with peoples participation. Let their people also endorse IOA with India. The peoples' representatives from the Princely States were then included in the enlarged Constituent Assembly of India to draft Indian Constitution & same process was followed with Junagadh.

Sir, one more thing for exam perspective you show the Map of saurashtra (Kathiyawad) in that map one of the neighbouring state of junagadh is Bhavnagar the king of Bhavnagar at 1947 was Maharaja KrishnaKumar ji. He was the First king who gave his state (Bhavnagar) under the indian rule to sardar Patel

I think instrument of accession of Kashmir was signed by Maharaja Hari Singh in October 1948 so Pakistan was not in position to draw any logic of instrument of accession of Kashmir in September 1947. Will you please elaborate it?
