If you take the case of West Bengal, almost all State Government, Central Government, Local bodies jobs since 1970's onwards are prefixed. Recruitments are fixed from party Offices after giving bribes to MLA's, Councillors, MP's along with government officials. The situation is almost the same for Odisha, Bihar,Jharkhand & NE. An artificial unemployment is being created by ruling parties and officials to fill up their pockets. Take the case of private sector, nepotism, bribery, favouritism has made working conditions hell. The unskilled, unprofessional, uneducated people have flooded the private sector. Regionalism, hooliganism, gundagardi are also some of them being experienced in private sector.

It was purely to destroy Bharat economy. Particularly corrupt govt officials were given more power in Bihar and other Eastern states honest officials kept struggling. My father didn't get a single promotion from 1978 to 2008. As he kept fighting against corruption. So we never went for govt jobs.

Govt jobs needs to increase the upper age limit of general candidates to atleast 35, otherwise govt and private jobs can not balance out the recruitment. Absolutely no idea why no one is talking about this. If this is not done the unemployment in a country of 1.4 billion people will go out of hand. Only private industry will never be able to solve this unemployment issue. The crazy thing is that this is just common sense yet the people holding higher position aren’t thinking about any of this!!
