Even Russia is becoming like a junior partner to China after the Ukraine war. China spends 8 times more than the US in Quantum computing even though currently US is leading the race and China is not far behind. Future wars will be fought more in computer rooms and less on the battlefield and hence military manpower requirements will even get reduced in war once AI and Robotics are fully developed in the years to come.

Since India previously skipped the manufacturing bus. Now it's hard to bypass China when it comes to attracting global supply chain.
