But seriously when Nirbhaya case had happened all men in the system should have made sure never again such case get repeated yet they let the juvenile get free and no security update on street. Whatever now being done will do nothing for the society bcs the root cause i.e lack of strict action towards criminal will never get address. The men in system will only do "we feel sorry" parade and be done with it.
