I have always felt that we need a special riot control unit in police that is to be trained by the military, as controlling crowds effectively requires IMMENSE discipline, coordination and team work. This will also help in increasing the number of police per capita as well as generate employment.

1)Drone surveillance should be made mandatory for all those areas where there is high risk perception. 2) everything will be watched out. 3)If any person shoots or openly fires ,it will become easier to catch that person. 4)There should be obligation to publicize all those surveillance. 5) So that people come to know who was the actual culprit. 6) When everything is in public domain ,at that time no police personnel will have any fear to take immediate action because everything is being surveillanced. 7) And if they are prosecuted, they can produce the evidence/evidences. 8)So at present scenario each and every police station should be made mandatory to use Drone surveillance. 9) And parliament should make a strong act for this if we want a perfect peace environment. 10) Now we must engage one more wing in our policing i.e "Digital Policing".

My questions below. 1) If police is afraid of things as common people do, whom do we approach? 2) Should we start supporting naxel? They do better job and they are not scared of any. 3) When you take oath what do it say, it says you need to do your duty and protect people. Soldiers give up lives saving borders and what do civil servants do is think of safety before act ? 4) You say gathering proof to favor case in court is important, this everyone know in the world. Why don't police gather it? Why be afraid of a politician? They rule 5 years and you work 30 plus years. 5) I respect your personal life, but the kind of job you do is no more a personal one as everything is on stake. Either save life or do duty is always a situation in yours. Where do I as common man go? You save your life and I will loose mine? This is the thought i got seeing this video, yet I appreciate you were open enough to tell this in a butterd way as smooth you can.

You're right. But one thing he also said that some police are brave enough to do this work. But honest police can't be that prosperous to manage these things. They also have to manage their family, they also joined service to earn. they had taken oath but at last they also have their own life. You can do that type of work when you're alone but when there is family behind you, your kids behind you, your father-mother And specially when you alone is employed. then things get more worst. Problem is power they don't have. In some kind govt control over their action needs to be minimised. That's what I'm think. But you also right in some point.

not only rules but they safety equipments with modern weapons armours, Video camera , radio, taser, pepper spray etc. in India worse case scenario police can use their guns to shoot at thigh but in states they shoot offenders aim at their chest or head with three rounds burst.. some case I seen police mt their entire magazine even on one offender.. means shoot to kill not to take ‘em to hospital and bring ‘en through the judicial proceedings..,

Sir i have 1 suggestion......we should install a wireless, internet connected cam in the uniform of all police personals and their vehicles..........this cam must be connected to the internet where the recording can be seen by any police station or control room and MUST be recorded ....this step will increase the efficiency and safety of POLICE. also this recording can be use as an evidence in case of cases and further proceeding of investigation.......... today we have technology , then why we are not using it.???
