Thanks for sharing! I don't speak Indian unfortunately, but I can speak Indian English haha, that's a joke. Thank you for sharing my country, I am from Madagascar. Madagascar fourth biggest island in the world, population 25million, Malagasy natives only about 25percent. Madagascar and India was separated from Africa 160million years ago, later it was separated from India 88million years ago. First habitant came around 2400years ago, Polynesian Pacific islanders not Asian. We speak French, English and Malagasy we must learn both French and English at school for 10years. And more optional language we must choose to learn between Spanish or German.That because we do trade with many European countries before and fight with them for about 200years from 1600 till 1898 we've lost and became under French protectorate. Independance in 1960. Many of native people have died from disease from Europeans Cholera, disentery, tuberculosis, small pox, .... and from the endless trade, treaty for peace and war again and again. All the islands surroundings belong to Madagascar before and British and French took them fighting each other, some of our islands we took back and some lost forever they became small countries population are creole mixed of labour workers and former slaves African, Chinese, Indians except Seychelles many People of the Maldives are from Seychelles which is obvious we and the Maldives shares many atolls. All this islands belong to Madagascar before: Mauritius, Seychelles, Reunion, Mayotte, Comoros islands, Juan de Nova, Tromellin islands, and there are many more. Those small islands country like Mauritius were virgin islands before 1600. They were lended to European only to use for trading and exchange. We did not allow them to enter the main island in those times. we only make trade with them outside. About the photos of Madagascar people you are showing here.They are from Madagascar but they are not the original people of Madagascar. They were all immigrants in Madagascar not the Natives. The thing is they never show Malagasy indigeneous natives people face in documentary, in the internet not even in Google. Why? lies and colonialism domination probably. And the other thing is This are the people from Madagascar if you are curious to learn about my country. We live together and hold the same identity. Madagascar is like The United States, you have the natives polynesians and many immigrants people. You have Malagasy who are Italian, Greek, Russian, Persian, Arab mix with the Afro Malagasy, we have French descent from the colonisation, we have Chinese, Indians, Pakistani, the Malay Indians as well we call them Betsileo, the Asian and South East Asian looking you see here in the photos we call them Vakinakaratra, the African tribes malagasy we call them Sakalava Antaimoro and Antandroy, They are from Africa but the surprise they do everything Polynesian our culture little they remember of their African customs, and also we have Japanese Malagasy. The Indian, Chinese, Japanese in my country whom are Malagasy don't speak and don't understand anymore anything in Japanese or Chinese or Indian language. And we live all together happy, others things Malagasy people have few mixed race. We don't do mixed race it is rare, it's diversity. Yet we live together always happy and with a lot of smiling. So now you know the Original people of Madagascar are Pacific islanders Polynesian which is in the Americas not in Asia. We look like native Puerto Rico, Easter island, Brazil,.... And No we are not from Asia Not Indonesian and not South east Asian. We are Polynesian native to the Americas and Pacific Ocean. But Yes We do have many immigrants in Madagascar, a lot : Many African people from Ethiopia, Somalia, Mozambique, Kenya, Tanzania. They are our slaves before. We have Asians from Javanese kingdom (Malay Indians, Malaysia-Java bali- Sumatra- till Thailand Vietnam Cambodia) they came to Madagascar 12th century. And Asians Chinese, Indians, Japanese they came from 1600s to work in plantation fileds exploited by French and British they brought them to Mafagascar. But today they are our people too. No philippinos or Indonesians. And read the history of Philippines and Indonesia. They are one, same people Negritos from Asia. Separated in two countries by Spaniards, British and Dutch. The negritos later were mixed with Chinese and Indians again and again... then you have this face of filippino and Indonesians you see today. Now Back to Madagascar, we have Indians and Chinese Malagasy they work in our plantation and came in the island in 1600s brought by French people and English. And before all that we have Italian Romans, Venetians,Greek, and Arabs and Persians, and Pakistani people who come from the years 600 AD till 1000. And the Biodiversity of Madagascar, especially plants are everything same to the Americas and South Americas and Carribean islands, Same as Australia and New Zealand but not like Africa. Madagascar is so close to Africa today 400km the Mozambique canal. My opinion it's moving who knows where it was before? And some of the Biodiversity also are related to India, like our wild cows same as in India.

I have worked in Madagascar for over a year in the capital Antananarivo better known as Tana. Even visited Andasibe wild life sanctuary where lemurs almost 5 to 6 sat on my head as well as on my shoulder. Malagasy people are very friendly & good people. I also learnt French over there for official purpose. Had visited Tulear also for business purpose the one you mentioned as coral reef...Fianar is also a kind of hill station. Madagascar is a very beautiful country for tourists as well as business. Green environment exists there along with the ocean while Tana is land-locked but equivalent to a hill station. You have to go via Mauritius for Madagascar. I had travelled in Air Mauritius flight. Thanks for making this video.
