In India only Third party insurance is mandatory Thrid party means when on road you accidently hit hard someones vehical.. Now you have to give compensation to the victim party When you have third party insurance Then the insurances company will give this compensation amount to victim party!!! But insurance company will not liable to give to compensation for your damages as it is third party Insurance! Sidha mtlb ye govt bol rhi tumhe kuch ho humko farak nhi pada.. par tumhare karan kisi aur ka nuksan nhi hona chaiye😂
