Pehle bahut hi kharab service tha, but ab nahi last week Byculla Mumbai k branch me visit kiya tha 1 no. Service. Yahan tak ki wahan ki manager Mrs: Deepa was very nice person. Mere hisaab se ab SBI kaafi badal chuki hai.

We need to consider this point also- 1- stop cross selling and third party products 2- work pressure is higher than any institution so need to recruit more employees 3- friendly work environment in recent times in sbi daily came a news employee's suicide 4- irregular and illogical transfer of staff 5- delay in wages revision 6- less salary compared to work load If we want any organisation to blossom we need to take care of their staff.

SBI staff is very rude and lethargic in their work. It takes the whole day a waste of his customers a very simple problems. Mostly employees said server down hai kal dekh lena. Public dealing with customer only 4/5 hours only. Takes 2 & 4 Saturday holidays a very huge amount of holidays taken by PSU bank employees with lots of benefits

There should be one branch of sbi in each block of the country and one mini branch or help desk in each village to serve the agricultural and msme society(to give bank account to all so that they can deposit their hard earned money safely, to make transfer of money via upi easy for all, to give education loan at basic minimum rate to poor and rural student , to give loan to farmers at cheap rate on time, to give loan to small business group or msme sector at cheap rate) . There should only one govt bank to serve the people not to earn profit. All other govt bank should be privatised
