Income inequality is meaningless for Indians. Say, we reduce income inequality to ZERO, this will collapse the Indian economy because brain surgeon will be earning as much as bathroom cleaner. This metric is useless, what we need to check is the poverty levels. For this, we need to let Indians earn, save, invest & keep 90% of what they earn, save, invest. This will generate the job creators, at the rate, India needs to keep most Indians employed. The job creators are not being generated in India, at suitable rate. We need more businesses started.

We need to encourage setting up of SME's, MSME's, Other small units and for that to happen we need to drastically reduce imports from China as it is observed that apart from electronics, electrical & other sophisticated items we are importing crackers, toys, stationery, plumbing items, electrical spares, kites and other insignificant items which can easily be made in India thereby saving precious foreign exchange & create lakhs of jobs within the country which in turn create purchasing power in the hands of people leading to more demand & services within the coutry & wheels of economy keep moving leading to growth & development & increase in GDP of the country.
