You failed to metion about tip is done under section 161 of the crpc which is coporative evidence you done by the police you only talked about the magistrate right which is done under sec 164.

Ma'am in the case of Hare kishan Singh vs. State of Bihar you are articulating it in wrong way . वहाँ पर यह कहा गया है कि अगर court में आप accused को पहचान लिए लेकिन TI prade में अगर आप नहीं पहचान पाए थे तो वो court में पहचाने जाना useless है और TI prade यहां useful है.
