A very good lecture on Dicharge and acqittal I have a query sir regarding a false rape case. Trial is yet to start sir. In this false rape case msg has been (vulgar) sent by both (boy and girl) of 24 and 25 yrs old is it amounts to rape sir I request u kindly reply sir. Medical report is negative everything is negative except the vulgar msg. Please do reply so that I can apply for discharge sir 25:29

Janab , discharge sirf kehne bhar ka h, ashal baat to ye hai ki koi bhi lower magistrate discharge kerta hi nhi h, sabhi ki fatti hai discharge kerne me, sach kahu to Indian judiciary raddi ho chuki hai
