Mera law me koi intrest nahi hai ,aur na mujhe pdna hai , pr mere khilaf fake case ho gya tha....aab mai free hu ,pr mujhe reliase hua ki kyuki mujhe law ki koi jankari nahi the isliye mai bahot pareshan tha aur Advocate and police ki baate sunkr aacha nahi lgta tha ,koi mujhe bta sakta hai ki mujhe Sabhi legal cheejo ki knowledge chahiye koi playlist suggest kro do...jo real life me helpfull ho ,aur aage jakr kabhj mere saath ajsa kuch ho toh mujhe pta ho !!

Does Bharatiya nyaya samhitha sec 1 (4) give power to punish an Indian citizen residing in a foreign nation where there is evidence that he or she has committed an act which is legal in that country but the same act is illegal in India? For example consuming marijuana is illegal in India but legal in many foreign nations or having multiple partners is legal in some countries but illegal in India. Sec 1 (4) Any person liable, by any law for the time being in force in India, to be tried for an offence committed beyond India shall be dealt with according to the provisions of this Sanhita for any act committed beyond India in the same manner as if such act had been committed within India. Narcotics drugs and psychotropic substance act 1985 sec 1 (2) (a) says It extends to the whole of India and it applies also- (a) to all citizens of India outside India;
