Actually the problem is that judges take every word said by wife (instructed by her lawyer bcz they're really great story makers) as evidence against husband. And the helpless husband can't even challenge it bcz there's no strong law for men - restitution of conjugal rights, defamation, compensation, perjury, malicious prosecution etc are too weak for giving justice, 99% times women can get away with them easily.

Then even supreme court will come safe the wife parents any cost them . Then supreme court can order to provide the maintenance to proclaim offender.
