If the amount of fine is 1000 then in default of fine the person is liable for imprisonment of 2 months as per section 8(5)(a) of BNS.. 4 months imprisonment in default of fine of 1000 rs, how it can be calculated ma'am? Ma'am could u please clear my doubt.
