Bihar urgently needs to focus on bringing back its high-skilled workforce, currently contributing to other states’ GSDPs, to drive its own growth and development. The first step for the State Government should be to develop a high-capex, safe, and secure greenfield smart city that fosters a conducive environment for both business and living. This initiative should be spearheaded by the state’s most competent and honest bureaucrats, with financial backing sought from the Centre to establish world-class educational institutions and well-funded research centers. Such a city can serve as a model, triggering a domino effect to attract green, future-proof investments and inspire Bihar’s talented minds to contribute to the state’s prosperity. Once this foundation is laid, other opportunities and developments will unfold organically. However, this transformation requires visionary leadership with unwavering determination and unfortunately, politicians of our Bihar are 3rd class m0r0ns.

@@shashank4988 IT industry alone , in its present form is worthless and would serve little to no purpose. It is growing like a weed currently where the west gets their software solutions at cheap labour. The transformation needs to come from multiple, high-skill industries with healthy infrastructure so that it needs no hand-holding to persist.
