section 24 interpretation is totally wrong *Where there are several persons executing a document at different times, such document may be presented for registration and re-registration within four months from the date of each execution.* Re registration refer that if a document includes party in more number for example if it has 5 person and one person make registration in front of registrar on 2 person register it on 4 april other person have know extended time of re - registration uptil next 4 month and in these next 4 month only 1 party make registration on 7 july then date again extend for next 4 month for remaining 2 persons Same process carries in until registration of 5 person completes (Word used in this section Several persons + Re-registration + Different times Refer to this )
