You fail to discuss or even consider suitability, I want to be a premier league soccer player but I am not good enough, your view is everybody is equal for each job so I should get the job, you are too scared to touch the point of capability to do a certain job, If I wanted to be a top scientist should I get the job because I am white? No! I shouldn't get the job if I am smart enough (I am really), If I want to work with challenged insecure people but I have bad anger issues should I still get the job because I am white? see where I am going? Different races have different mental states and you can pretend they don't but the truth is they do, not 100% but a generalization of a race. Races suffer in the work place because of generalization and these generalizations have very strong foundations and every country that is home to each race will testify.
