Sir I want to express my personal opinion about English so pls do comment on it . Sir I am in class 10th Sir I am not happy with the thing that English has been compulsory in all boards in india , we see that if one fails in english he is to be fail in every subject . I want to share examples of country like France Germany to you , these countries are well developed countries and there mode of main language in there countries is not English but there motherlanguages like German and French . I feel very sad that subjects like Hindi and other state languages are treated as optional subjects and subjects like English which is an international language treated as compulsory subject . If one has to do medical study in english , one has to do bA study in english . Why English ??? If the foreginers feel difficult to speak out our languages than why should we follow there . This thinking of promoting English has led to decline of many languages . According to me if india has to progress he , should revive his old languages and promote his motherlanguages . Because languages identify the glorious past of the country .
