They feel a little more "spongy" on dry pavement but they beat the hell out of all season tires on snow and slush.

Been a blizzak fan for a while! Around ten years of use, never wanted to try something else! Just got the ws90 and can't wait for snow! Already they feel more like normal tire, as the last generation were more squishy feeling while doing lane change but the new one feel more normal, in wintertime blizzak feels at home, best winter tire for me!

I have blizzaks on my 2004 Toyota Tacoma 2 wheel drive in Utah they are a game changer. I drive around 4wd/AWD that are stuck all day long. Highly recommended these tires.

Gday guys, so I just bought two new DM V2’s for my Silverado. Had them mounted by a shop in town but they screwed up and put both for the passenger side of travel. I needed one for drivers side , and the other for passenger. My question is, can I run it it this configuration ?

Love these tires! Stand that unmounted tire upright on a slick garage floor and try to spin it with one hand. Now do that with any other snow tire. You will feel that Nano grip technology first hand. PUN INTENDED ;)

I just got mine put on today, October 29. 2020. When should I switch back to all season tires? I didn't know they would "melt" at 50 °. Don't know much about snow tires, just knew I needed them. I can see this was a year ago, your post... Pull them off just at the end of the winter, when the temps start to rise and there is little chance of snow. I would install in December here in Michigan and remove at the end of say March. I just ordered another set from Simple Tire. This will be my second set of the Blizzak WS90s. Installing in a few weeks, close to Christmas.

Drove my blizzaks on 3" of ice up hill with my Ranger in 2wd never slipped at all.Drove it 23 miles of highway & back home on mostly ice & snow covered highway and these performed fantastic. Also...no sliding around corners either this morning here in north east Nebraska after this storm. Well worth every penny !

At the risk of being a party pooper , these are excellent on ice and water , but they are weak in heavy snow because they don't evacuate snow very well , and are not an agressive snow design. That is my experience with the dmv1 , maybe other designs do better.

They're bad ass. Check out on your phone on KZbin. They stud at tbe factory. Cool vids on that. "Car Question" talks with rep. They have studless WR2s? Blizzaks have air bubbles in rubber compound. Only tires that squeal on ice.

I just bought these from Amazon and will be delivered on Monday. I got them for my 4Runner. I just bought All Seasons a few months ago, but they are right, nothing is better then a snow tire, they really make the difference, I've never had Blizzaks, but I can tell from others they are top of the line tires. I will say, people will say they don't want to spend the money on these tires, but think about it, if you get into an accident, and the insurance company is involved, you're going to pay that deductible of $500 plus anyway. Just buy the tires and be safer, you will never regret it.

Exactly. Just got snow tires and well worth it. You really have to feel it to believe it. Even with traction control, which can limit your movement, 3 or more inches of snow barely registers.

I'm getting four new Blizzaks on my Challenger tomorrow! Had them before, they're amazing. With the Blizzaks and 300 lbs in the trunk my 2014 R/T is a snow beast. Unfortunately, the high-speed version costs $460 per tire. Hey, never know when I may need to pursue an international villain at speeds in excess of 140 mph for extended periods... in the winter. F-it, I love my car. I don't want to slide into destruction if better tires could've prevented it.

WS90s are suppose to last longer than WS80s running them year-round. I am getting WS90s put on my vehicle tomorrow simply because everyone sold out of WS80s here in Alaska.

I just replaced my old Blizzak WS80's on my 02 SVT Focus with new ones a few weeks ago here in Pa, now we only get rain lol. My old ones lasted 7 winters but should have been replaced at 5 or 6, the tread depth was still ok but they lost that biting grip and would spin on just wet roads. The tread pattern looks different than my old ones and I can't wait to try them out on the snow & ice. When I first tested the old Blizzacks in a major sleet and ice storm I went up the steepest hill I could find and they kicked ass, I will endorse these till the day I die!

I had them all, every brand of winter tire including these very Bridgestone and its an excellent winter tire, if you want to break the bank, then buy them, but let me tell you there are winter tires that are just as good and for less then half the price, why pay more, been using no name Chinese winter tires last 3 winters just as good as the Bridgestones ,remember you can pay up to 40% more just for the name.

Have 18" xi3 on my wife's 09 Maxima and they are amazing. All season tires the car is useless with xi3 my wife went when 4x4 trucks with all season were all over road. Starting on our third winter with this set. Just got a set of ws80 for our 17 sentra and hope they are close to the xi3 performance

I would not rock them in areas that have longer warmer climates. But here in Alaska, they are perfect to run year-round and will get 4 solid winter seasons. Just like nano joe states.

You won't regret for one second buying snow tires, and esp snow tires of this caliber. When it gets crappy out, you will feel so much safer. Thing is, people think you can drive faster etc, the best thing, take it slow and steady and you'll be driving a tank.

First storm in the northeast here, excellent for even getting out of snow and handling, braking is amazing with these, so if your gonna drive a rwd challenger definitely get some good snow tires and you'll be fine

He's referring to the tires not being a 4WD tire type like a Copper STT PRO. Of course a 4WD vehicle can run them, just don't try and compare them to another type of tire specifically made for say mudding or rock hopping.
