I picked up one for my Mog House. My first instinct was that the salsa comment was a joke... but then I remembered this is FFXI where people spin around 3 times and face the north star on a Tuesday before making a PB and J sandwich. Is there really a cooking purpose to this item?

No there isn't unfortunately but its just to enhance the beauty of your mog. I was known to follow the superstitions of crafting on a blue waxing crescent moon. lol
