How is it that you using the metal scraper stirring and scraping does not cut and scrape and ruin the coating on your pan?!

I probably shouldn't have used a metal tool, truth be told I grabbed what was in the drawer! Sometimes I'm so focused on making sure I don't forget stuff and it's all in the shot on camera I don't pay as close of attention as I should!
