Just like my Palestinian granny !! She died without any bones problems .actually all of the older generation didn’t see a physician. I remember my grandfathers never went to a doctor and my uncle who is almost 90 neve went to a dentist or a physician except when he broke his leg lately. And they were working much harder and have much more difficult life . Now that I think about it I know that it’s our lifestyle and our mental and psychological status that make us feel sick . What we have today is easy life but our social relationships and our mental health is going down.

Dear Lisa, you are so right! But I think mussel in is nicer to wear in a hot summer day in India. I love these clothing, even my late Mama did. When I was young, you could buy them, and we loved to wear them, she too. I wished we still had these shops. This channel is wonderful. And I learned already different tasty recipes. Granny is such a beautiful woman inside and out. I love how she is cooking and feeding these children. Can we acknowledge her hard work? Cooking is hard work. Peeling all those potatoes, chopping all those onions and garlic? Man, that's very hard work.
