Ingredients
A jar of preserved grape leaves
1/4 cup vinegar
3 large onions
300g minced beef + 1/2 cup oil + 2 tbsp ghee + 1 tsp salt + 1/2 tsp black pepper + 1/2 tsp dried coriander
3 cup short grain rice
3 tbsp tomato paste
500 ml tomato juice
3/4 cup chopped parsley
2/4 cup chopped coriander
1/2 cup oil
1tsp salt 1 tsp cumin 1 tsp dried coriander 1/2 tsp black pepper 1/2 tsp dried mint
1/4 cup oil
1/4 or 1/2 cup lemon juice ( to taste)
1/2 cup pomegranate molasses
2 cups broth + 1tbsp tomato paste + 1tsp salt
