These stuffed peppers are the ideal choice if you like your dishes high in protein, healthy and loaded with flavor. They have their share of vegetables, cereal and meat, and plenty of cheese for cheese lovers!
Ingredients for the stuffed bell pepper:
🍄 1 large red bell bell pepper.
🍄 1/2 chopped onion.
🍄 1 chopped garlic clove.
🍄 300 ml. water
🍄 100 g. rice
🍄 100 g. of fried or crushed tomato
🍄 1 can of tuna (65 g.)
🍄 And a handful of shredded mozzarella, to taste.
