Please let me know where you find the peppers. I’m in Michigan and no one has the peppers I had when I was young

Hi Irma....love your channel and your recipes. This is a great idea as we love pickled peppers...but stuffing them with the cabbage mix, next level! My mom used to make them when I was younger but I never learned the method so thank you for my memories. What type of peppers are you using? Also, did you say you store them in the fridge all year long? I think my mom just kept them in the basement, cool dark place. She didnt even process the jars ( boiling as in canning ) . Again, thank you for your channel and look forward to your videos. 🤗🥰👍💕💕

Have you ever had tomato peppers? There is a gallon jar of cabbage stuffed tomato peppers for $12.99 at my corner store. I want to try them. This recipe makes it sound good.

What type of peppers do you recommend and what type of oil is used for the brine?

Gypsy peppers are the best for this recipe. You can find them end of at the end of the summer season. I always cook with a olive oil but most people back in the Balkans (where this recipe is from) use vegetable oil. :)
