So can you just bake it in a pen and add few scoops of butter no beef broth or chicken broth ?

Love Everything Shay! First time viewer, but it won't be my last!! I have subscribed and I'm looking forward to your next recipe and will be looking at any previous ones on YT. This looks AWESOME! This is such an easy and simple recipe, how can I go wrong? These look so good and the taste of these chops, mmmm. Can't wait to try these and will do so in a couple weeks when my son and family come up for a visit. I bought 2 huge pork loins, Buy1Get1!! What a score! I do not cook much anymore, turning 70 soon and Arther Itis come here a few years ago and just won't leave me alone. L🥴L I like the pace of you video, I also found your voice very pleasant to listen to. TY
