I just made this for my fiancé for our valentines dinner yesterday! And he was speechless!! I mean this man had to sit back in his seat and shut his eyes to take in all this flavor!! Lol I’ve never cooked with shallots and was a little scared bc I don’t like onions but babyyyy when you said you will smell those aromatics!! YES MAAM! Thanks so much for the recipe ! Cedar plank is at Costco or Amazon. Any grocery store have shallots. They be in a pack of two most of the time.

I tried this recipe tonight along with the mashed potatoes. I prepared stuffed salmon and stuffed Tilapia. I added fresh steamed snow crab to the spinach & shrimp stuffing! I didn’t think my husband would ever stop eating!! I’ll definitely be making this again. 💯💯

Tammy, girl my husband and I made this dish last night and we were blown away. this is amazing dish even though we didn't have a few of the ingredients (cedar plank seasoning, shallots, or shredded parm, or smoked paprika) we used grated parm, fresh spinach and regular paprika. All in all it was amazing thanks so much. oh and I just love to hear you say saucy sauce lol

I didnt realize my husband was signed in my computer. also we did the workout on the mashed potatoes lol. we just mixed in the extra claw crab meat and shrimp in the potatoes and used 1%milk. thanks again

This was so good that the dog acted like he was sick, ran to another room, and went under the bed, while we weren't paying attention, he came back around, he took a chance, then jumped up and his stink paw landed in my daughter's food. He was licking the literal crap out of his paw and tearing those potatoes up! She was so mad😂! The dog had executed this elaborate plan, all so he could get some of this dish! 🤦😂
