Great job Talli Faye , that’s exactly the way I make my stuffed shells with meat sauce , right down to using the chunky jar sauce from the store and add it to my meat and veggies I’ve fried up in my pot ! I make a salad and garlic cheesy bread to serve with my stuffed shells , and they freeze well also in a dish covered with cling wrap then put in a freezer gallon zip lock bag remove as much air as possible and put in freezer for another meal ! Just thaw it , then reheat in oven for about 20 minutes covered with foil at 350 !! You did great Talli Faye and I know Buzz loved them as much as you did ! ❤️🙏🙋🏻🌈🌈🥰

You know this stuff has gotta be great. You doing this reminds me of my mother making stuffed manicotti. We'd never eaten it before. I'm not even sure we'd ever scene it before. She took the idea of a recipe and worked it the way she knew we'd all probably like, and it was amazing (she used velveeta cheese instead of Italian cheese because she knew we loved that cheese). It quickly became a family favorite. Looking back now, I'm sure it was one of her budget stretcher meals, but for us, it was just really good eating. I'm enjoying our first real dose of cool/cold temperatures this season. Thanks for a great evening brightener.
