Lovely stuffed trout! Thank you for sharing your family dinner and traditions. I was curious what you were frying near the end of the video, it looked delicious. Was it potatoes, apples and onions? And is it a side dish?

I just bought some large trout fillets. Even though it’s not the whole fish I’m wondering if I could put the stuffing in between 2 fillets, wrap it in parchment and foil, and bake it that way? I’m gonna try it. Sadly, I have no rock salt but I think it might be almost as good? 🙂

That will work perfectly. After your first try, you will see how you can do it a little differently each time. That's the best thing about trying new recipes for the first time.
