In my opinion..... If someone is responsible for even half of these missing people they would have to be hanging around or working around or living around the area for the opportunities to both come up and to be able to execute (the abduction) so seamlessly. So in that case others who frequent the area may have suspicions on who that person could be. Suspicions, a feeling, a gut instinct that they should trust in themselves and talk to this guy in the video about it. (sorry I'm not from Auckland I kind of recognise "the guy in the video" but can't remember his name) It affects a lot of lives when someone appears to have vanished, but people can't just vanish..

I spent a LOT of my adult life overseas and have performed several government sanctioned "abductions" and there is NO SUCH THING as a "seamless abduction" even when trained men who've done it many times are working in concert together. And having trained at Joint Base Lewis-McChord and "they" are out there. I've heard of them in several countries, even Afghanistan. and the story is ALWAYS the same - mountainous or hilly area, or wildlife preserve and people go missing without a trace.

unfortunately you cant expect the NZ police to assign any officers to the case. lack of resources, lack of man power, Auckland police have their hands full already and local cops wont waste too much time on this case because they have NO idea.. now. NZ crimes unit, missing persons divisions might now have this case on their desk. how many people in that taste force? how many missing case files do they have? how many people are assigned to the Piha case? how many cases does that small team have as well as the piha case? I have no idea.. but im sure its not 10 detectives spending 40 hours a week soley on the PIHA missing cases.. I have no idea how many people and how many hours a week, a month are spent on this case.. so.. what could have happened? 1: they jumped... they climbed over the railing, got far to the edge as possible and just jumped. or they jumped from elsewhere, not where Sir Bob was standing.. like the life guard said, maybe all 6 of them sliced their torsos going down which kept their bodies under water and they just got ripped out into sea and became shark food. all 6 of them.. yes unlikely but probable... (how many suicides have taken place at Piha over the past 30 years?) how many jumped into the ocean and bodies were recovered? did anyone jump, someone saw them jump, and their bodies were never recovered? yes, no trace of jumping, no shoe, no blood, no piece of clothing on a tree.. mystery yes, but missing cases are always a mystery. maybe the police are looking at the wrong jump point.. 2. they ran away... ( they just wanted to be alone ) this happens.. rememeber Olivia newtown jones husbands , he was never found and most believe he is alive and just wants to be left alone so he faked his own death etc, thats just an example.. meaning.. PEOPLE do it. who knows why they do,, they just do.. 3. murder... ok, so lets say they were murdered.. its most likely its the same person. of course it could be all random events, sperate killers under different situations and for different individual reasons which just all happened to take place at Piha.,. maybe a preferred location for murdering people, contract hits, the same killers are hired and they follow suspects to that location and kidnap them there and kill them.. criminals are stupid and creatures of habit.. unlikely it was 6 different killers, 6 contract kills... so lets assume its a serial killer... now.. what kind of killer are we dealing with here? 1st. a killer who hasnt got gender preference .. he will kidnap woman and men. now because we dont have any bodies we dont know if he rapes them or not.. 2nd. we have a killer who kidnaps adults.. not children.. adults who can run, fight, scream and put up a struggle.. a killer would have to come from behind them unknowing to them and use some sort of chemical over a rag or something to put them to sleep and then he drags them into the car without anyone seeing a thing.. (maybe he did it 2 or 3 times before so feels comfortable with this tactic) or.. he coercers them into the vehicle offering them drugs, booze or friendship? so the people just get into the car with no fuss.. then who knows what happens... but all that seems straight of of TED BUNDYS hand book.. I think.. all these 6 people probably had some kind of mental illness ( keep in mind, I have just watched this video and did a quick google search,, so I dont know about the 6 people) but im assuming they had mental problems first.. drugs were probably involved too.. lethal combination of drugs and mental illness.. they jumped off the cliffs, bodies never found... the ocean just swallowed them up...

I´m from France. There is something very mysterious about Piha. It´s like a Bermuda Piha. The last time I was in Piha I was sitting on the beach having a feed and I was holding a banana that was bent to the left. All of a sudden it bent to the right. Was that the maori spirits?

Tha sea where he "disappeared" is very gentle in comparison but mostly closed to public......very convenient should sn assassin be involved. It may have been a shark but I have my doubts, powerful people can be a threat to others in power.

@@AlexHarbuz The Lackey who followed Harold Holt out got just above his ankles in water turned around and struggled to get out of the fierce undertow. Beautifully said and absolutely correct. And I thought South Auckland was bad. A few years ago a friend of mine commented on West Auckland having NZ's most Psycho-Killers...I thought it was a strange remark for him to make at that time. A woman had not long been found in the Waitakere Ranges at that time, just off the pathway. She had been raped and strangled. CHILLS MAN.

The majority of serial killers go after vulnerable women, maybe elderly, or children if they are sexually aroused by them. Then it makes zero sense why they would kill Quinten, Lawrence, and Eloi. I am mostly interested in Eloi, I just know his disappearance is totally unique, he in all likelihood thought he could take a shorter path through the bush, he was a moody teenager, realized how freaking long the walk was, so thought he was smart taking a shortcut. Nothing sinister. He eventually died out of exhaustion/dehydration, his clothes and remains haven't been found, some may've been carried from the original spot by the elements or wild life. That is all. People with their BS serial killer theories are bored individuals with too much time on their hands to let their imaginations run wild.

These missing people have MUCH in common with the 'Missing 411 Project' material from David Paulides: www.youtube.com/@canammissingproject Paulides has NZ cases in his work also, for example the Emma Campbell case in the Chch Port Hills, and that poor wee lad Lachie on the West Coast. I HIGHLY recommend those with a burning desire for answers to research these cases and the commonalities between them. He also has books and movies on the subject. Truth is stranger than fiction.
