Here’s what you need for the dough:
- 50 g butter (that’s about 1.8 oz or 1/4 cup)
- 130 g flour (about 4.6 oz or 1 cup)
- 1 egg (the more, the merrier)
- A pinch of salt (a tiny bit, because we’re fancy)
For the stuffing:
- 1 chicken breast fillet (just the breast, not the whole chicken!)
- 1 apple
- 3 eggs
- 100 ml cream (about 1/3 cup)
- Salt to taste
- A few sprigs of thyme or basil (herbs make everything better)
- 100-150 g cheese (3.5-5.3 oz, go for it!)
