Personally I like the idea that you're not watching a live feed, but a recording. The anomalies are then corruptions of the video files instead of changes to the environment. Not sure if there's any cannon lore on the matter, but I do know there's a few SCPs with similar concepts.

I know in the third game that's not the case because you are live on site where the anomalies are actively appearing.

Ya'll should definetly do more of this. The Observation Duty games are great and seeing a group do them is interesting. Oh and by the way these game can get VERY detailed about what is an anomaly. Case in point from memory with the train: the mirror in the WC can flip the image or outright change, stuff outside the train in any of the windows can have stuff happen, and the buttons and levers in the driver's car can be moved. Oh and yes cameras can outright turn off as well.

Red suitcase under red fire extinguisher in Passenger Car. I don't know if it was an extra object or missing object but it changed at one point. Please keep playing this game, there is so much possibility for engagement with viewers

Damn. Even as a watcher of this I was on edge trying to figure out what was different in each section of the train. Phenomenal game! Definitely play it again. I think as an old school gamer would say you clinch this last second.

@@pixelettee I may not have payed enough attention at the start but later did hear them talk about the train being kept intact as if it was a museum piece so it does make sense to place one there if it's not going to be used

Agreed. And there was the fire hydrant next camera, the private car, that doesn't have all the usual things: it's completely red with a black nozzle. No labels or anything.

This was great would love to see more! Also, the rest of the observation duty games are great but #3 is a little different, it's in 1st person and many people didn't like it as much. Alternate watch is another observation duty style game that is good.
