3:14 the pronunciation is the same as the english pronunciation. If it was like Price said, it would have been "Capuchino/Capucchino", which isn't a word. C+e/i = english ch sound, Ch+e/i = k sound. Hugs from Italy 🤗

Also, the white pudding with the chocolate syrup and berries is a "panna cotta", while the one near the arancini are "panzerotti", which are basically fried pizza on an half moon shape
