The almond water really does raise your sanity, because if your sanity drops too much, your character will constantly hallucinate those weird faces & eventually explode and die. So, the ideal time to drink the almond water is once you start seeing the strange smiling faces pop up into your POV.

I'm loving this series so much! I particularly loved the LiDAR level just because of the colorful dots lol. And it's a unique way of navigating through the dark hallways.
