Even though I'm not an A&M fan, this is absolutely brutal. Imagine, before the playoffs even start, your head coach starts communicating with your rival. You then play your rival en route to Omaha, who you plan on coaching for next season. Then you tell your whole staff in the middle of the playoffs, rumors begin to rise, and your players hear rumblings. Two of your best players get injured on the road to Omaha and you fight all the way to being 7 outs away from winning your first Championship in the big3 sports in 85 years... Then A&M is 1 run away from a Natty?! On top of that, Texas fires their coach the day they are playing for a title, obviously trying to cause a distraction on the biggest day of many Aggies life in a long time?! Now he's actively trying to get A&M's best players to transfer to Texas... This is the slimiest thing I have seen in a long time. Karma is coming for him no doubt. I'm definitely rooting for A&M to pummel texas in every sport for the next 50 years. What a shady program, imagine if this happen to your school? Screw Texas.

Sorry, aTm is NOT a better job than Texas, not 20 years ago, not now. Period, end of story. No matter what the roster looks like today, that has very little to do with “how good the job is”. UTs history as a program 6 Natties and the most CWS ever & overall dedication to excellence in ALL sports as winning the Directors Cup 3 of the last 4 years and consistently being in the top 5 before that shows why Texas IS the better job and program. Any team can be good for a year or two, Texas has been elite for decades. A down year or two here and there does not change that.

Lmao. 4 of 6 Texas's titles have come pre 1990. ALL 7 of LSU's titles have come post 1990. Texas's last championship was almost 20 years ago. LSU has won 2 and played for a third since then. Lets not also forget a&m has had more success in baseball in recent years than texas has. This year alone, A&M had more ws wins than texas has in the pierce era, and if you count Schlossnagle's entire tenure there, which was only 3 years, a&m has 6. Because since UT basically reset the market by paying a coach that has never won a championship a million more than coaches that have. So A&M is going to come out guns ablazing with a bigger contract to someone else. Naturally they will try CJJ, which he will turn down, BUT LSU more than likely will have to redo his contract again. With what happened at UT and what will happen with A&M, CJJ has all the leverage here to up his contract some more and any agent would worth their salt would do that.

How is Texas on top? With the money, resources you should be the leader in all 3 major sports. Yet win one JV12 conference title in 15 years, nowhere near relevant in basketball, and had some success in baseball until your little brother kicked your asses.
