I download f spy and it don't work on my blender at all which version of blender do I need to use it ? I'm using 4.0

You need to have fspy program and the fspy importer addon for blender. You cannot import fspy scenes to blender without the addon.

There are many ways to achieve it. First would just be masking the back part of the object but not the front part. Second would be to break up the object into 2 parts using a depth mask. Preferably one for the part that is in front and then one for the part in the back. After that it’s just masking out the back part to the pole and compositing the front part back on top. Hopefully that makes sense and helps!

It’s just the roto brush tool in after effects and then using the refine edge tool to get some of the hair details. Honestly I got a lousy mask for this shot because of the changing ads in the background and I didn’t have a ton of time to spend on the masking itself but there are plenty of tutorials online of how to use it. Hopefully that helps!

You have to make sure you render out an image and then you have whatever you want to view plugged into the viewer node
