Loved that one! That restaurant was so cool. Last year we walked on the same beach but the weather wasn't so good. We have been going to the Algarve for the last 8-9 years, normally in December. Couldn't go this year. Really enjoyed that made video, made realise what I'm missing, Sun, the rocks, the sand, blue skies, Portugal is so beautiful. My boy does his own little videos on KZbin on D&M productions, he's young but loves it. I haven't a clue how to do them. We travel Portugal and will try Monchique like your last one. Looked beautiful and green. Thank you for taking us around when we Couldn't go this time. Keep up the good work. Jamie.

How was all the great scenery on the beach Carol HAHA. Sorry, but I had to say it as I was laughing so hard when you looked and Chris and said " there's a naked man over there". We love you Carol, you are so cute and me and the wife love you and your sweet smile. So Chris, your parents found this really cool restaurant you take an elevator down to and the walkway entrance was awesome. There are so many cool places to see and do and the drone shots were wonderful and amazing my friend. It was nice seeing your father smile, don't think I ever caught that. I love your moms smile and she seems like such a sweet woman. It would be great to meet them and hear about the real Chris growing up. All those rocks sticking out of the water give you a good idea of how much the coastline has receded. Every new "sink hole" is a bad sign. Thankfully we have video of how it is now so that we can remember how it was when it's gone. Because it will.

I'm 55 years old, I'm from Figueira da Foz and in my lifetime so far I've witnessed major changes in the coastline over there, in a magnitude of hundreds of meters. I've also witnessed it in the Algarve's west coast in the last 20 years (Aljezur and Odeceixe), despite it being much more rugged than the southern coast. With that type of sandy rocks, the Algarve's southern coast is much more prone to erosion, so with the effect the climate changes have increasingly been having on the sea levels, I'm pretty sure you'll still be around to witness some major changes in that particular coastline.

This was from the first weeks of November, the weather at the time was around 18- 20 degrees Celsius. Right now its more around 14 - 16 degrees so not as warm but you can still get nice days if the sun is out and there isn't much wind, just like today. There were many people on the beaches here today

Great content as always. Are you enjoying the MA2 still? It puts up some great footage. You are also a very steady flyer, the shots are perfect. If you haven't read Mavicpilots forums lately, there is a new post people are discovering, and your flight reminded me of it around the sinkholes. People are finding out that flying down into a hole or a narrow canyon can cause the drone to suddenly lose all of it's satellites and basically just quit responding completely. Even RTH is not responsive. Thought I would pass it on in case you have not seen. I would have been tempted to fly it down there before I had seen that. haha Love the content, always looking forward to the next one :)

Yeah the MA2 is still easily the best drone I have had, I have seen videos of flights going wrong in between rocks etc because of signal loss of even magnetic interference from the rocks. I never really do super risky shots though, usually play it safe lol

Yes, this happens everywhere and wherever it happens it's wrong. Portugal also has a problem with police brutality and they are targeting foreign tourists. Read the article. My son is not the only one who has been brutalized by the police in Portugal. It is ironic and hypocritical that World Youth Celebration is taking place in Portugal, while elements of the Portuguese police are beating up youth. Don't you think? All of us need to expose the problem wherever it happens.
