What happened to him? The last upload on his channel was 2 years ago, there are no news and no new recordings. This one seems like an old recording too. I hope he has not dropped violin or at least lives a happy life (not like many child prodigies who couldn't cope with ordinary adult life)

Nevermind, his websites states he plays concerts every now and then and released a new album in May

He played recently in Liverpool and Copenhagen. He studies in London so he is still busy.

he has launched two albums ! vivaldi and mendelssohn - put christian li violin in the search and filter "upload date". then you get all of it. there also where a few uploads from concerts but he had them put down because he did not like them. he seems to go through a phase of being VERY perfectionistic and not forgiving about the smallest weakness in his performance. you also can search for concerts and tickets on google and find dates when he is performing in public. there are not too many - he is still also doing school! he is not only concentrating on the violin.

he will play paganini concerto no1 in july 2024 in melbourne - he might be practicing A LOT
