Nice home but the entrance is too closed off.One would think that the living room would be grand but it isn't. The master suite should be on the top floor with a balcony. The brick in the front looks cheap, they should have done a stack stone.

Here is the problem. I look at the front of this home and I see at least 8 random window sizes. The left and right side of home has nice equal windows. Let's stick with that dimension. Now you can have 2 other window sizes that are a dimension of that window size. Example if the windows are 1ft by 4ft. Then the little squares over the walk way should be 1ft x 1ft. 3 windows sizes is all you want in one line of view. Anymore it just looks busy. One architect called it Eyes Nose Mouth. If either your eyes, nose, or mouth is out of portion you just look not so pretty. - Your are still pretty though - There is more to it, however this is something I like to point out. Great home and great floor plan.

Beautiful home and property indeed @ $1.3 million; However, the MASTER BEDROOM and closet area is sitting at a decline to where the street curb is. The master closet windows are perfect to see this flaw. In Texas, when it rains, it pours-seasonably. Water becomes stagnant and pools in certain areas. Guess where the water is going to go, even if the drainage is implemented? Over time, the home owner will know exactly what I'm referencing here. I hope that I am wrong.
