Beautiful property with lots of potential and great living. Are their stores, food markets, other amenities in the town or does one have go to a larger city to buy food and necessities?

As far as we know there are a couple of cafés in the village and a new, monthly, local producers market. 10 minutes drive away in Miguel d' Acha there are more cafés, bakery and small minimarket. Penamacor is 20 minutes in the opposite direction has a bit more with schools, medical centre, vet, supermarket, pharmacy, opticians, hardware shop, agricultural supplies, lots of cafés, etc. Aldeia de Santa Margarida is set in a very rural part of Central Portugal... Castelo Branco is the nearest city 40 minutes by car.

It's a shared driveway to the garages. The large garden to the back of the property is very private to the house.
