How much are the HOA and Condo dues? Owning a condo is better than renting an apartment... at least you're building equity

Great question! The HOA fees are $846 Monthly Fees and the Initiation Fee is $1,000.

The apartment has 1, 828 Sq ft not 828 as initially stated in the intro.

Kind words of but not really. You get equity and ownership in a condo… not so in an apartment. For example, these condos were in the high $100K around 2010. It would’ve been nice to own one and hold it until now. 😃
