Wow huge property! Suggestion for future videos: if possible could you include short video of views at night time? I was in Ostuni in May and the villa we stayed was beautiful. At night time it was equally beautiful. Really enjoy your videos and can’t wait to return to Puglia.

Double or single glassed glass? I can see it needs storage if it were a live in year round house, there's kitchen items in the wardrobe. Love all the finishes and colour choices. Wonder what the electricity bill is in winter. And how long the gas lasts + how easy it is to get the gas bottles/cost. A little bit of an awkward s0ace but it's a great use of space they do have. Everything is very pretty and interesting. The tiled courtyard is a favourite along with the terraces upstairs.

They would sell it to you for half the asking price. One, because it's very over priced. Two, anyone with 1,3 million in loose change hanging around does not want to live in the middle of nowhere in what feels like a 3rd world country where break-ins are very common.

I love your videos and I think you show the most beautiful properties on internet especially we are interested in moving to Puglia. However you can say that this one hasn't been renovated by Italians 😂 It's something odd about it. And no bidet 🤷🏼‍♀️ Also no storage space, I have spotted kitchen staff in the toilet 😮. Unless you are rich enough for an amazing security system, I would strongly discourage from buying an isolated property in Puglia. I have a property in Puglia, but with lots of close neighbors. Even at that, it's been broken into many times. They even stoled the windows once. No joke. The fact that this property is so posh and well appointed begs the question... why has it not been ransacked by local thugs? Be realistic. Know the culture of the area you invest in.
