I have started meditation it's been 2 months, I sit for 10 minutes only, it all started with breathing exercises which my professor asked us to do before every lecture in classroom, I kinda liked it and incorporated pranayama in my daily routine after that I started to meditate daily before sleeping. Few weeks back I was talking to my grandmother she told me not to meditate in the night I might encounter unpleasant presence, then I watched this comment of yours about Ketu in 9 th house.
