Another tip for stubborn bits in intricate die cuts: On the cut side, rub the blade of a craft knife over the edges that didn't fully cut through. Works a charm! Don't press too hard, though, as it might damage the die edge.

Beautiful cards. I love blue & purple for Christmas too. I think blue & purple are very “winter” colors, so they’re fun to use instead of traditional red/green. I like how you put 2 snowflakes together. It makes them so full. Turned out really nice. I have that sentiment stamp, it is gorgeous. It’s one I bought the dies for, too. I don’t normally buy sentiment dies but this set is so lovely. Looking forward to more Christmas cards. I always love your 12 weeks series.

What is that silver plate you replace the magic mat with? Do they make one for the switch plus? I have a couple dies that don't cut real well using the magic mat maybe this would help me. Those snowflakes are gorgeous!!

Thank you Lisa, it’s the chrome precision base plate. I am pretty sure I have a link for it under the switch items. I also have a Switch Plus and it works great in mine !! Love it for detailed dies or harder to cut materials!!

Ciara, These are beautiful cards! How do your find the Nuvo glue you were using. I usually use art glitter glue but finding it in Canada hard and very expensive so looking for an alternate glue?

Thank you so much !! I went to my local crafty store and asked them to bring in the Nuvo Deluxe as it’s my favourite glue. But I also bought some from Simon or scrapbook when I place an order for something else I add it on. Bearly Art glue is a good option too… I got that off Amazon originally

I’ll be creating a short on this I think as I’ve been asked a lot, I also have it used in a different way in tomorrows video so hopefully that will help but I do a smallish scoop and then fill the rest of the mister with water.

Lovely cards, but the size is definitly not A2!! That would be huge 16.5 x 23.4.inches -A0 is 1m2, a large Poster - A2 is 1/4th of that, A4 is 1/4th of A2, a normal writing pad somethere between Letter and legal, and your cards are A6, cutting an A4 sheet in half to get an A5, and folding that in half again to arrive at the final size of A6.😄

If you google standard greeting card sizes Atleast in north America my sizes are actually correct. A2 is the standard card size here which is 4 1/4 by 5 1/2 when scored. A standard piece of paper is 8 1/2 by 11 here not A4. So for my country my measurements are correct.
