North of Pakistan is a Gem But Road can,t be built here because of Land sliding and other geographical issues and also Gilgit Baltistan and kashmir is the administrative regoin of Pakistan so our govt can,t directly control it Unlike india remove Article 370 from Kashmir and make it their own state 😢
