Watch it again. The biker immediately got in the right lane after the light and settled in. Then, he saw the truck in his mirror about to pass him in the other lane and his little penis couldn't handle it. Maybe the biker had his left signal on, idk. Even if the guy in the truck WAS being a dick to keep him from getting over, it wan't illegal or dangerous. The biker created a dangerous situation and the truck did not.

Well there's 2 problems with what you are saying. 1) The riders issue was with the fact that he/she didn't indicate, which you can see the car actually did and 2) if you watch really closely you can see the car indicates with plenty of warning giving the biker loads of time to come off the gas slightly without braking or even look, indicate and change lanes. Idk what it's like in your country but in the UK if someone indicates with plenty of time that allows you to slow down without braking then that is not considered as being cut up, especially if you have plenty of time to change lanes and not slow down at all (8:25 lane to his left is clear). It was bad awareness of surroundings by the biker.
