You do realise its illegal to change lanes without checking your mirrors right? So when Filtering is legal and someone does that they are in the wrong... not hard to understand. Different countries have different laws around what is legal within Filtering like speed limit and when you can and can't do it. Even here in Australia is legal to a fair extent but I can't do it 90% of the time because car drivers have no idea of awareness outside of their car and whats directly in front of them.

He passed the Audi (about his fastest before braking) in about 1/3 of a second. Said Audi being approximately 15ft in length, therefore speed = about 45fps or 13m/s or 30mph. Arguably too fast for the conditions, but probably not speeding. Doesn't really matter as he wasn't the one changing speed and/or direction: the onus is on the van (legally) to make adequate observations. The biker should have seen it coming, though, so probably not too experienced in the art of moving motorcycles around the streets.

6:05 wether lane filtering is legal where your at, use some common effing sense. If your hauling ass thru much slower moving traffic, there's a good chance that even if they looked and lane checked they didn't see you as you were moving thru the slower traffic so quickly. And "I've got places to be" ? ? Nobody gives a eff about where you have to be and in the scheme of things it doesn't matter anyways. If you ride like a douchbag organ donor...you will become one. alexis898989 actually I do and have, own a 2012 fz6r, first vehicle at 16 was a Kawasaki kz440 ltd, regardless of his actual speed he was very much outpacing the traffic around him by a good margin (not hard to see that) and as a commercial vehicle operator, I have experienced what I described quite often in the last 17 years. I will check my mirrors, not once but repeatedly, only to have some tard come screaming seemingly from out of nowhere trying to squeeze past. Just because I don't ascribe to riding like an idiot doesn't mean I don't ride, that's a poor assumption on your part. If your filtering, simple common sense dictates that yes, people don't look, and yes I saw the van didn't signal, so wouldn't you use half a brain (of you have one) and don't go hauling was thru packed traffic? That's just stupid, plain and simple.

Speed limit was 35, not a chance I was going faster than that man it really wasn't reckless speeding. Regardless here is my description in the video "Little backstory to this, I had just spent five hours at court because to try and get a ticket lowered, which didn't happen, so I was already really pissed off, slight over-reaction the fault is on both of us as I may have gone over into that lane a bit quicker than I should have". Call me an organ donor all you want, but I ride responsibly and will get places significantly faster than you every time.

A lot of these incidents were the fault of the people in bikes. A driver may look to the side and it’s clear then you come zooming through traffic. Is that suppose to be the drivers fault?
